Tobago nominated for Most Desirable Island (Rest of World) in the 2024 Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards

Thursday 10th October, 2024, Scarborough: The Tobago Tourism Agency Limited (TTAL) is pleased to announce that Tobago has been nominated for Most Desirable Island - Rest of World in the Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards, for the third year!
    
Wanderlust is one of the United Kingdom’s largest and longest-running travel magazines, having been at the forefront of authentic and responsible travel for over 30 years. Celebrating the best in travel around the world, the Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards spotlights the most-desirable destinations, tour operators and travel brands. 

Following the island’s prior success in the Most Desirable Island - Rest of World category - having cupped the Silver Award in 2022 and the Bronze Award in 2023, Tobago was dubbed ‘the other emerald isle’ by the magazine’s Founding Editor, Lyn Hughes, in an immersive 11-page testimony showcasing some of Tobago’s most authentic and idyllic on-island experiences. This year, Tobago is nominated alongside Barbados, Puerto Rico, and Jamaica, among other island designations around the world. 

Commenting on the continued recognition of destination Tobago Mr. Jason Antoine, Director of Marketing and Communications at TTAL, stating:
