1. How to Do Business with TTAL

Register as a Supplier
To ensure fairness and transparency, all our procurement opportunities are managed through the official TTAL e-Tender platform. This platform serves as our central supplier registry for all types of procurement, including public tenders, selective bidding, and micro-procurement.

We invite all interested suppliers, contractors, and consultants to register on the portal to be notified of opportunities and to participate in our tenders.

Access to Tender Documents
A mandatory two-step process applies to access tender documents:
Step 1: Register as a supplier on the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) e-Tender Platform at: https://tha.etenderworld.tt/
Step 2: After completing Step 1, download the tender documents from the official TTAL Tobago Vendor Portal: https://tha-ttal.etenderworld.tt/login/
The TTAL Tobago Vendor Portal is the exclusive gateway to procurement opportunities with the Tobago Tourism Agency Limited.

Additional OPR Registration Requirement
Please note that for contracts valued over TTD $75,000, firms MUST also be registered with the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) to be eligible for an award. You can register with the OPR here: https://depository.oprtt.org/SupplierUserV/Create.

2. Current Public Tenders
While most of our procurement is conducted via selective bidding or micro-procurement, any open public tenders will be listed in this section.
 

3. Contract Awards
For transparency and compliance, notices of contracts awarded by the Tobago Tourism Agency Limited will be published here.
 

4. Procurement Policies and Procedures
Suppliers should familiarise themselves with the governing procurement framework for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Key documents can be found at the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) website.
